Doug Edwards – President & CEO

Doug Edwards - President & CEO - Leed Samples and FulfillmentAs the chief executive of Leed Samples and Leed Fulfillment, Doug directs and oversees the strategic planning and direction of the organization and has a large involvement in the creative design and systems improvement aspects of the business.

Doug grew up with Leed, starting at 8 years of age stuffing envelopes and mowing lawns, moving over time to roles in typesetting, estimating, engineering, design and sales. He joined the family firm on a full-time basis after high school graduation in 1978 and has been here ever since. Doug is a big believer in Theory of Constraints (TOC) management and lean manufacturing principles, and has pushed heavily in those directions, including the current automation of the order information process via the Leed Order Information System (LOIS) platform.

Doug is a recognized expert in materials sampling and fulfillment, and is frequently consulted to help solve clients’ most difficult product/service challenges. He serves on the marketing committee of the Wallcoverings Association and also represents Leed at BIFMA and other industry events.

Doug and his wife Laura live in Evansville, Indiana along with Zuki, their Goldendoodle and office-mate. Outside of Leed, Doug enjoys boating and fishing and very much looks forward to spending time with his new grandkids.

Jamie Edwards – Vice President of Manufacturing

Jamie Edwards - VP of Manufacturing - Leed Sampes & FulfillmentJamie is responsible for the direction, strategy, planning, and performance of the company’s manufacturing operations. He oversees the day-to-day operations of sample manufacturing and fulfillment, process development and facilities, and the recruitment, development, retention and safety of the employees at the manufacturing facility.

Jamie grew up in the sample industry working with his father Richard, one of the co-founders of the company, and officially joined the business in 1986. He has extensive knowledge of all Leed manufacturing processes and plays an integral part in their ongoing development and improvement.

Jamie and his wife Brenda live in Jasper, Indiana with their three children. Outside of Leed, he enjoys family time, coaching fast-pitch softball, and is also an avid outdoorsman. He is active within his community and is a member of many local organizations.

George Grace – Executive Vice President & CFO

George Grace - Executive VP and CFO - Leed Samples & FulfillmentGeorge is responsible for Leed’s financial planning and reporting, tax reporting and compliance, accounting, auditing, human resources, benefit plan design and administration, risk management, credit management, and facilities management.

George joined Leed in 1976, having served previously as a senior tax manager with an Evansville public accounting firm. His career also includes serving as an audit supervisor for Ernst & Young in Louisville, Kentucky. He is a retired Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Kentucky Society of CPAs.

George earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University, and also studied architectural design at the University of Illinois.

George and his wife Beth reside in Henderson County, Kentucky, along with numerous rescue dogs and cats. They are parents to two grown children and have two wonderful grandchildren. George is an avid sports fan and a loyal follower of the Kentucky Wildcats and St. Louis Cardinals. He enjoys playing golf, tinkering around the house, bird watching, reading and lounging by the pool.

Jacob Edwards – Vice President of Operations

Jake Edwards

Jacob is responsible for ensuring efficient, timely, and optimal processes are put in to place throughout the organization to continuously build upon it’s legacy of quality and timeliness.

Jake has been a part of Leed since 2006, taking on roles ranging from fulfillment to sales assistance and order management support via the LOIS platform. He earned his B.S. in Management and Marketing from Murray State University.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and family. Other favorite activities include watching and playing basketball, reading, playing tennis, traveling, and staying in touch with good friends.
